· product type / model

· serial number

· date of purchase

“In Warranty” service requests must be made to the Customer Care team on 0118 933 6900, or via e-mail. Our trained operators will speak with you about the failure to try to identify the cause of the fault, and if required to send one of our Engineers to repair the product.

If the Fault occurs after the warranty period you can still contact us for advice, to arrange an Engineer (Chargeable) or enquire about extended warranties or ‘instant cover’
