Delivery

All items being offered for sale can be delivered to all UK mainland and Northern Ireland Addresses only, using our delivery service providers. Once we have received the payment in full, the goods will be despatched to you, small items by Parcel Courier and larger items by our specialist Home Delivery service provider.

Delivery of Small items will be made by Parcel Courier. Delivery of larger items will usually take place on a pre-arranged day ranging from 8:00 to 17:00 hours at your address. Our Specialist Home Delivery service provider will contact you directly to arrange the delivery. Customers are required to sign a document to accept the goods and confirm that the goods are in a good condition.

Delivery will be made to the destination address provided by the seller and normally within 10 working days. Shipment of goods normally contains instructions for using the product in the English language and warranty card.

The invoice will then be sent by post, or email, to the invoicing address.

Delivery on all major appliances purchased online is free during February. This offer excludes delivery charges for spare parts.
